What Our Homeowners Are Saying

I recently moved into my new home built by Kensington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the sales representative was incredibly responsive and supportive, guiding me through each step with professionalism and care. It made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring. Every member of the Kensington team—from the office staff to the builder —was exceptional. Their dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. The site supervisor, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure the home met my expectations, and honestly, it exceeded them. Overall, the quality of service and craftsmanship far surpassed what I imagined. I’m proud to call this place home and grateful to Kensington for making it happen.

It was a very pleasant experience working with people from Kensington from the time of talking to their agents up to their construction foreman, everyone was very responsive and easy to reach when you have questions or need some clarifications.

Shelley has been excellent to work with and she has always been attentive to all my needs regarding the house.

Our family could not be happier in our new home. While this was not our first new build, it certainly was the most enjoyable as we were involved throughout the process. We brought our ideas and budget, and Kensington Homes was able to come up with the design we were looking for. We found every trade to be experienced and very professional. Our site supervisor is exceptional. He was always available to answer a question or make a recommendation. The office staff are also fabulous, special thanks to sales manager and his assistant. Design selections were made in a timely manner to keep our project on time. We would not hesitate to recommend the great team at Kensington Homes.

My experience was absolutely 💯 bliss, stress free, compassionate seller going above and beyond to ensure things work out fine, did more than necessary even when I was not forth coming, she kept sharing update and following up with us. Builder is another great fellow passionate with what he does. Our overall experience was top notch. I already started recommending Kensington homes.

We waited for more than two years for our home to be built and got total of 5 new possession date. Got final possession date letter but only communicated with us two days before our supposed possession date. Our family was devastated but Kensington rectified the issue and tried their best. Otherwise we love our home, Kensington indeed a trusted builder who make sure your house is up to standard and excellent craftsmanship.

We only saw the architectural designs when we bought our new home & when we saw the finished house, it was beyond our imaginable expectations for our dream home. Everything was greatly done. Fast & efficient building, on top of updates & very timely with the changed possession date. To our Sales Representative, who made our purchasing possible, to the Architectural staffs, who made a well-defined & spacious design, to the Warranty Manager, with her quick response & assistance to our complaints, to our Site Supervisor, who patiently went beyond his knowledgeable efforts in helping, assisting, & guiding us to a smooth & safe transition to our new home and to all the people who given their time, energy, efforts in building our new home, we’re so THANKFUL & GRATEFUL for making this journey a wonderful & no worries experience.

Absolutely delighted with my new home! The craftsmanship and attention to detail provided has met my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had made the right choice. The design of my home is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. The layout flows seamlessly, and the use of space is incredibly efficient. Dealing with Kensington has been great so far, every communication/concern has been dealt with in a timely manner.

The experience so far, is just amazing. Everything expected was done and we love the house. It is warm and it is beautiful.

It was a very personable experience, from the builder’s agent to the walkthrough process and the negotiations. We really enjoyed working with the team at Kensington.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the construction. I have full confidence in the craftsmanship of the work. Kensington is always prompt in addressing any warranty issues and I would gladly build another home with them.
