Overall, the quality of service and craftsmanship far surpassed what I imagined. I’m proud to call this place home and grateful to Kensington for making it happen.

It was a very pleasant experience working with people from Kensington from the time of talking to their agents up to their construction foreman, everyone was very responsive and easy to reach when you have questions or need some clarifications.

Our family could not be happier in our new home. While this was not our first new build, it certainly was the most enjoyable as we were involved throughout the process. We brought our ideas and budget, and Kensington Homes was able to come up with the design we were looking for. We found every trade to be experienced and very professional. Our site supervisor is exceptional. He was always available to answer a question or make a recommendation. The office staff are also fabulous, special thanks to sales manager and his assistant. Design selections were made in a timely manner to keep our project on time. We would not hesitate to recommend the great team at Kensington Homes.
