We waited for more than two years for our home to be built and got total of 5 new possession date. Got final possession date letter but only communicated with us two days before our supposed possession date. Our family was devastated but Kensington rectified the issue and tried their best. Otherwise we love our home, Kensington indeed a trusted builder who make sure your house is up to standard and excellent craftsmanship.
We only saw the architectural designs when we bought our new home & when we saw the finished house, it was beyond our imaginable expectations for our dream home. Everything was greatly done. Absolutely delighted with my new home! The craftsmanship and attention to detail provided has met my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had made the right choice. The design of my home is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. The layout flows seamlessly, and the use of space is incredibly efficient. Dealing with Kensington has been great so far, every communication/concern has been dealt with in a timely manner.
